Please send us a brief description of your event and the time frame you intend to present.

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines:

• Speakers, prayers and poets, please limit time to 1 to 3 minutes only (if necessary we can repeat during the day)
• Inform us of the equipment you will provide
• Equipment necessary
• Transportation needs
• Artists must see site and arrange for set up of their art (we will provide some police barricades to attach flags, posters and banners)
• Stage art must be able to be supported or hung from self standing poles or screens or tied to the barricades. No stickers on the Bandshell walls.
• Please all the filming crew and broadcasting contact us immediately to include information
• If you need wires and/or microphones please contact and coordinate with event organizers prior to event, James Cannings,Laurence Singer and Plag Leung. Their contact information is available through Susana.
